Business Analyst
6 years of Software Industry experience. Should have good knowledge of various software methodologies such as Agile, RUP etc. Should be proficient in use case analysis, requirements gathering and writing, change management. Should have good experience in Technical writing, documentation and some experience in Quality Assurance, Testing and Support.

Financial Business Analyst
Atleast 3 years of Finance Industry experience. Should have very good knowledge of various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds etc. Must have good knowledge of software development methodologies such as RUP. Should have a minimum Bachelors degree in finance.

Lead Quality Assurance Analyst
8 years of Software Industry experience with atleast 6 years experience in Quality Assurance and Testing. Should have good knowledge of various software methodologies such as Agile, RUP etc. and atleast 4+ years experience in Automated testing and scripting using automated test tools such as QTP, WinRunner, Load Runner, QC, Test Director, Rational Robot etc. Candidate should be able to co-ordinate necessary activities to install and setup a Automated Testing environment from scratch and create a testing framework. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to manage and lead a team of 3-5 QA Analyst.

Quality Assurance Analyst
5 years of Software industry experience with atleast 4 years of experience in Automated Testings.
